One dedicated Care Coordinator for you or a loved one. The Coordinator is available 7 days a week 12 hours a day. The Coordinator will organise your care and consistently monitor that care and make immediate changes when required. They will attend important medical appointments and represent you if in hospital.

We will become the Health and Welfare Attorney in certain situations. The Coordinator also deals with things that might go wrong at home for instance the heating breaks down, the person is not opening mail, the pet is unwell.

We have been running since 2011 and our funding comes from private families (many live away of abroad, law firms, local authorities and Directs Payments and the NHS via Personal Health Budgets).

Our team have over 100 years experience in health and social care via social work, nursing or the Care Quality Commission. All of the team also cared for a relative as an unpaid carer.
